In addition to two apartments for sale in the main lodge, there are several premium options available on the west end of Stout’s Island:
• Katherine’s Cabin features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

• Allison’s Cabin features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

• There are also three 50’ x 70’ lots for sale on the island.

Adjacent to Stout’s Island to the east is an island with two parcels for sale:
• Parcel A is roughly equivalent to the northern half of the island.
